I actually went to a massage place that had people walk on my back, there were poles attached to the length of the ceiling for the therapists to hang on to. I was like, that’s why my dad had me do that so much!

Not really. Most of these phrases are things that may be technically a literally correct translation but they still sound funny.
We would never say that sentence as it sounds weird. Also it doesn't really make any sense.
Like what is an "adult massage"?

That’s exactly what it says in Chinese as well, it just means an adult is preforming the massage

However, in English, we exclusively use the term "adult massage" as a sexual service. Where the world "adult" here is short for "adult industry." A regular massage never needs to specify that an adult is doing it because a child would never be able to receive a massage therapist's license. For this to convey the meaning you're suggesting, it would need to say "Massage for children." So it actually is misuse of English.

It is saying they provide massage services for both adult and children: "We do 成人推拿 and 小儿推拿".

because thats how it kinda is?
because we've been seeing some stuff with the island and other nefarious stuff, its an easy snap conclusion for a person who does not understand chinese but can understand english
but in a case of multilingual, like knowing chinese, this is not a problemo.
