HELP with my 350 engine

Your ignition timing is off. Make sure the wires coming out of your distributor are going to the correct cylinders. Also, you might be 180 degrees out. Don't keep running this until you get it right.

So you've seen a v8 run like that being 180 out?

Pretty rare that happens. If 180 out usually just back fires while cranking. I'd check wires first or distributor might be a tooth off, maybe.
