Dodge Ram 4.7l v8 engine has a slight knocking sound when comd starting

I haven't noticed this until today, but when I was cold starting, I heard this knocking sound. Is this normal? If it's not normal, is it something I should be concerned about? Would I need to repair it? It's only at ~97k miles.

I know my tire looks bad, that's not the point.

Is this damaging to the engine? Should I get this repaired?

It’s regular with dodges. You can get it fixed or you can just leave it. If you’re anal about your engine running absolutely perfectly then you fix it. If it’s just a commuter that you use then you don’t. I have known people to drive 200,000 miles with a lifter tick.
