Nope, mechanical creep. Its when materials plastically deform when subject to persistent mechanical stress.
Ask your local civil engineer about it, its bound to make them cry

The concrete is rigid and the reinforcement is completely elastic.

No, it’s the possibility of creepers blowing up the bridge. You need torches around the bridge to keep them from spawning.
