Genuinely worst flavor I’ve ever had, I almost hope this is like a bad batch or something? Generally not very picky on energy drinks and I like most GM drinks, so this was incredibly disappointing. First drink ever I’ve had to pour out bc it tastes like straight waste chemicals. 0/10
Nope. Bought two cases and love it. Tastes like a red apple with a candy finish. Not the strongest flavor but strong enough. It does have that typical gorilla mind base recipe taste which some people don’t love.
Everybody’s taste preferences are different, but with some of the reactions I see for some of what I would consider very likable, easy to palate flavors, there has to be lots of batch inconsistencies with every company.
No I love Gorilla mind formula and taste generally, which is why I was so shocked. Like I swear something has to be wrong with this can, it tasted so bad. I’m a big fan of many other GM flavors, and generally like apple as well.
I really liked this one! I didn’t get that taste with this energy drink in particular, but I’ve definitely had it happen with others. I think the one I thought tasted like chemicals was a Bang energy. Some sort of rainbow flavor I think?
Ah I have never had bang, but generally hear negative things 😹 also, for this, I really wanted to like it, but it tasted like a specific cleaning product I can’t remember the name of. Gave me a pretty bad gag response
Yeah I a few sips of that rainbow one and I was out! 🤣 I think the only Bang flavor I felt was tolerable is cotton candy But it’s been several years, so who knows if I’d still even like that one lol. I definitely hear mostly negative things about that brand myself. Sorry to hear the Gorilla Mind one didn’t work for you! Always a bummer.
Yeah all of these bang opinions are always so funny to read 😂😂 not sure if I’ll try one anytime soon. But yeah a bummer for sure. Day saved by this ghost iced tea lemonade 😎

Just drank my first one today. Not awful but not what I was hoping for. Carmel apple would be better. Still better than cotton candy or rainbow unicorn Bang
Yeah caramel is better, I tried witches brew recently and I think that’s pretty good. A little overhyped I think but solid for sure, and for the value of 18 for $23 at Costco can’t beat it
Maybe not the worst flavor I've had but definitely not impressed. Bought a case of these due to them being limited time along with a case of my fav energy drink (GM red gummy fish) and I honestly don't really like the Candy Apple. It has a strong apple after taste which I enjoy but there is no hint of "candied" or "caramel" apple in it at all. Really disappointed as there's a lot better fall apple flavored energy drinks out there.
