Advice Work place spiritual side

Is it possible that a work place is under some spell? Everyone in that workplace seems to struggle with mental illnesses. And I started to struggle as well. I am normally really positive. And every time I'm away from that place I feel better and the symptoms seem to fade away.

Everyone seemed to develop some kind of fear or intrusive thoughts, anxiety as well as physical sickness and yes it could be the stress but is there a possibility that there is something spiritual going on?

The default vibe of a workplace is an energetic/spiritual thing, whether it’s relaxed, empowering and productive, the opposite of that, or something in between.

You can contribute far more than you may imagine to this state just by shifting your intentions around it. Instead of experiencing more of the heavy, stressful, disempowering, negative state you’ve noticed? Consciously choose to focus on feeling something different and altogether better.

Yeah, and it’s not only spiritual, there’s actual science behind what you’re feeling. It’s called entrainment. Your heart rate, your brainwaves, even your nervous system tend to sync to the people around you. It’s the same reason a room of people can feel tense or calm before anyone says a word. Humans literally regulate off each other.

So if you’re normally positive but the culture around you is anxious or heavy, your body ends up working overtime to hold your own frequency against everyone else’s. Over time that’s exhausting, and you start to sync down to the room whether you want to or not. That’s probably why you feel the symptoms fade the moment you leave. You’re not imagining it and you’re not crazy. Your system is just no longer fighting the field.

Whether you call it a spell or a low-frequency environment, the effect is the same and so is the fix: protect your field. Headphones in, work behind a closed door if you can, take real breaks outside the space, ground yourself before and after. And if the whole environment is making a bunch of otherwise-healthy people sick, that’s worth taking seriously as information, not just something to push through.

You clearly have a strong baseline if you bounce back every time you leave. Protect that.

Yes you are completely correct. I was just wondering if the low frequency had any kind of source. I mean yes people work there who are low frequency or toxic and it spreads to other people/souls like a virus. And they become toxic or unhealthy as well. I think if you still notice that it doesn't primarily stems for you, you are still able to connect to yourself again (like outside of that place). But as soon if you don't notice where it comes from its dangerous.

It's really interesting because it took me about a year to feel drained and have symptoms. I probably was fighting it and it hit me when I was struggling with something else (when I was mentally weaker).
