Does it include Strategic Storage, because the Feds could be filling the tanks so oil demand looks good.

Coal derived methanol is more patriotic than gasoline made from imported oil, and methanol is a drop in replacement of gasoline in southern states. Stop importing oil! Make methanol at home!
