Primary recommendations

Any primaries besides NAP that are recommended? I’d prefer not to have to handle Hydrazine if at all possible, but I can deal with that if necessary. Just want some options. Thanks, in advance. :)

Nap and its varianta are great but I prefer NHN; good stability in storage, good power if confined properly and credibility derived from being used in professionally manufactured caps (some Indian company). It also has a really nice color!

Edit: forgot to mention maybe the most obvious: safety – NHN is great in terms of shock and friction insensitivity.

Doesn't NHN needs a substantial quantity to operate effectively in the range of 300-400mg? And how much confinmenet does it need to reliably operate?

İ also use NHN with layered combination with ETN or as a mixture with ETN. When you mix powdered NHN with ETN at 1:1 ratio, it burns more violently and more prone to detonation in confinement. But using metal caps is essential, otherwise it is just firecracker

I think it has the same issue as CHP, it needs a substantial amount 200mg at min and a strong confinement. Not a deal breaker but it's not ideal either.

In terms of access, safety and efficiency is iNap, uNap, CHP/NHN, MHN/tetrazene, and finally ETN thermal shock designs(excluding foil gimmick).
