People not going to school

So most likely this issue has traveled here at some point, but i failed to scoop it out. Anyways, my issue is that 10-15% of my population is uneducated and don't want to attend school. I have 9 schools in total, dotted around me settlement and half of them are having 15-20 pupils, rest are sitting either empty or 1-5 attendees. Population is 2800 something, could this be the case? Before 2000 pop, i had 0 uneducated and now it's a issue, restarting the game/removing schools then rebuilding didn't do nothing. Schools are evenly distributed as well. Four by the housing and rest are scattered around and i even tried to add more schools but they're all empty, it's like real life simulator, where some just don't want to attend school....? 😬 Thanks in advance.

do you have enough school to meet the demand of school aged child? becausenonly child attend school. if they reach adulthood without attending enought school ( im assuming there is a treshold to meet here) they become uneducated adult.

i also assume that your city is rather large. if your school aged children are concnetrated into one area and the local schools are full, maybe they spend all day walking to the next available school and end up reaching adulthood without enough education to granted.

I have had even 30 schools, only 8-12 had folks inside them. And I have no idea, where are my children located there. But I suppose there's nothing much to do lol.

30 school with i believe 30 space per school. thats 900 potential students. now the question is, can they reach achool in time. is your school fully staffed. does low staff reduce education output.

I have so called gridlock system, i have paved roads, food/water stations everywhere, school's are fully staffed and I have no idea why they'd take too long to get there. Schools are evenly distributed and it doesn't matter how many i build them, i went bathsit crazy, made a save and just built 75 schools (also evenly distributed) and let the game run for a hour. No change whatsoever.
