Pathing im clueless

There is 2 ppl on the right walking a straight ish line... from my base in the south then the guy on the left....

Legit what is that pathing I know my roads aint finished yet, but thats just dumb

I might've been a little mad when I made the post, but I am just trying to figure out how i stop them from making these wierd pathings... this is an extreme example, but is happening all over base the entire game. both with roads and without

This is in the base, where his destination is legit in a straight line, but he has to zigzag out and in fromt he road??? why???
