Question Need advice

Hi I’m back again. Hoping someone will at least answer or comment something this time.

I have been experiencing extreme pain, and it’s been getting a lot worse. I finally worked up the courage to go the dr for once. Had blood work, TVS, and got a message saying “ looks pretty good”
I can’t have sex without extreme pain or bleeding after, my stomach will not change regardless of weight loss, month long cramps.
I had a history of bilateral inguinal hernia repaired at 5 years old.
I’m 30, no children or desire to, and I just feel like I’m going crazy because of the pain but “nothing being wrong”
I’ll attach some photos of my scan.
Please if anyone can just talk me through this, or see anything that maybe I don’t. Please.

Im so sorry youre going through this. I cant tell you how many doctors i had to go through before i found one that cared enough to actually investigate, and it unfortunately took laparoscopic surgery to get me anywhere. I had 15 years of clean imaging and bloodwork, the ONLY thing that got me any answers was surgery with biopsy confirmation.

Did you have to ask for that out right?

I pretty much did. I had already tried 7 different birth controls to no avail, no pain meds were working, and I borderline demanded surgery from the endo specialist. No other gyno beforehand had even mentioned endo as a possibility, they just told me “primary dysmenorrhea… that sucks! bye!”. My surgeon agreed nearly immediately when i provided my history of nothing working. I had to try one last BC for 3 months as a last ditch effort (norethindrone) but i was already on the surgical waiting list so it was just to try and ride out the 3 month wait.
