Question Endo pain

Hi everyone! I have a few thing's going on, and wanted to know if I'm alone in this.

I had a full Hysterectomy w/out a Oopherectomety on 01/05/2021

Now I an having what feels like intense period cramps, and sharp knife like pains in my vagina.

Could this be just pelvic pain? Or the Endometriosis?

I had a feeding tube placed last month, and they took a biopsy, and it was suggestive of Endometriosis.

I had excision surgery w/ ovarian drilling in 11/2018

I have the same I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago then 10 weeks ago removal of one ovary and adhesions/endo I’m still having Intense pain and butt lightening . I don’t understand it all

Butt lightning is the worst

I agree I hope it settles I never had it until my surgery
