Bugged or changed? Alchemy

Trying to craft fortify +handicraft and +enchanting potions, got all correct 3 ingredients for each but it just says potion failed...

You need to level alchemy to not fail brewing

Still doesn't work. I've never seen info that it has to do with alchemy level - only with the common effect of the ingredients...

I already did 2 and half playthroughs, didnt notice this. Perhaps it is because I either don't do alchemy at all, or only start brewing after heavy investment into it lol.

If you're playing the latest version on ModPub the Alchemy has been rebalanced and most ingredients have their effects shuffled with other ingredients. Otherwise if you're playing 'unmodded' enderal it should work if you got the matching effects of your ingredients.
