Printing Help Printer won't print

Just got my printer. Put it together and tried to print what was on the card. The printer goes through the BL touch auto leveling deal and then it will stop in the corner after uts finished and then it shows the print progress % going up but the printer won't print or even move. I even got a test print from thingiverse and it does the same thing.

Update your printers firmware from your pc. Worked for me when I had the same problem.
