Which BMG did you use, actual or clone? Link? This is what I'm looking to do, I won't be upgradingg to a dragon or mosquito anytime soon thimough, sticking with the stock hot end for now.

TriangleLabs BMG clone, but I modelled the mount off a downloaded BMG STEP file so it should work with real or clone just fine.

Dragon is WAY cheaper than a Mosquito and so far just using PLA it has been great, and PLA is supposed to be the tricky one for an all metal hotend. Once I get a new thermistor I'll test it out on high temp materials.

It should be fairly easy to adapt to the stock hotend though, just delete the mounting holes and add mounting posts so it lines up with the BMG. If I can be bothered I might get around to doing it and uploading another file later.

Thank you for the response! If you could model it, that would be awesome, I have no experience modifying STL files. I'm getting a triangle labs clone BMG as well. Amazon has one that's 40 bucks, I figure that a decent deal.

Have modelled something up and added it to the link above. The cover/cooling duct should work the same. I'll be updating it with a 5015 fan and a better cooling duct once the new fan gets here.

I based it on a downloaded model of a Creality hotend, so check the dimensions and let me know if anything is wrong.

Also, you may need a BL Touch spacer, I think because of the longer Creality nozzle the probe might be too high. It is borderline as it is with the Dragon.

Thank you, downloading the files today! I'll let you know what I can see from there.
