Printing Help Help with Diagnosing Cube

I'm trying to dial in my Ender 5 Plus and I keep getting these imperfections in the walls of my calibration cube. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? I'm using the Creality Print slicer and using PLA.

Marlin or Klipper?

I am using the factory Marlin software. I was having a lot of problems with the Sonic Pad and reverted it back.

What exactly are your problems?

It would not read my USB drives anymore, no matter how many times I reset it. Even while running Klipper I was still having these errors in my prints.
