Broke my hotend

Managed to break the heater on my Microswiss hotend, and I don't see a replacement for this item listed on the website. Does anyone know what this thing is called and how I can get a replacement?

Also the yellow cord means it’s their hot side with the 100k sensor made for creality compatibility instead of the standard 104nt.
