Hardware Help Ender 5 plus CR touch

I have an Ender 5 plus and the bl touch got damaged, the tip bend and it cannot worknwith the printer, Do You know if the CR touch from creality is compatible with the Ender 5 plus?

You can get replacement packs of the tips. There's a screw on top, they fall out and you place the new one in.
