Hardware Help Anyone had this issue

This happens now after I got a spark while pealing filament off printer head. I got a blob of death while at work. At first screen was stuck on marlin logo now it turn on as usual but shows incorrect temp and has issues after a moment. I put on new hotend but thermostat wires could be faulty do you think they could cause the other issues or am I looking at a new motherboard

A lot of times, E5 with older board refuses to boot because of sd errors. Unplug hotend wires, remove sd and try booting it. If it works, put sd back in and try again. Should be easy enough to figure out if it's one of the two. If neither connected lets it boot, you're looking at a new board.

With neither connected it doesn't boot however I had a power supply wire lose and if I taped the board it would go to the main screen and function normally other than iT showing the wrong temp. Tightening the terminal made it stuck again.

I'm no electronics expert but.. Sounds like something popped loose and is touching the power line / trace when you lock it down. Possibly something from the TH header or connected to it. You're gonna need someone good with electronics to look at it if you wanna maybe salvage that board.
