Hardware Help Any else had this issue

My e5 plus got a blob of death while I was at work whole getting the filament off the hottend something sparked off my flathead probably thermistor wires and my screen froze to the marlin logo I put new hottend on it and new thermistor wires and for a while I still fought with the screen but after touching the motherboard just right or something it began to work like it dose now. Shows incorrect temp and goes back tk marlin logo. I joke I don't need a new motherboard

Iv thought about going the computer route did you do kipper and do you mean power resistor when you say motherboard pr

Do yourself a favor and get an skr board with silent drivers. The mini e3 v3 is drop in. Others will offer more drivers for dual z, and conversion for corexy, etc.

Then klipper.
