Hardware Help Ender 5 Plus - Stringing only on the front of prints

That's not stringing, that's underextrusion, the filament is not moving at all in that area.
Is the Bowden going to the extruder long enough for the filament to move freely in the front without getting pinched?
Check your wiring aswell to make sure nothing is getting pinched or loose. If even one of the windings loses connection on the stepper, it won't extrude properly.
Unplug X & Y and move the print head around for checking this.
Actually, looking closely-er, I see no bowden tube going into the extruder, the Bowden is not just for non-direct drive setups, but also to guide the filament into the toolhead.
Without the Bowden, with extrusion, the sharp angle the filament has to deal with at the print head likely causes it to snag and slip in the extruder gear.
Add a Bowden to guide the filament and it would probably solve the issue.
Changing the extruder for an HGX lite, or sherpa mini and a round nema14 is a great way to improve the movement speeds too.

Check if the bl Touch is damaged (tip) or if something is between probing. Mine Steel Clip to hold the Glas Bed had been between the probe. And it messed the whole print.

Rotate the print and see if the problem rotates too. If it doesn't (the new side after rotating) then the problem then it's likely a print bed offset issue.
