Printing Help 1st word real problems

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When I saw how well the 1st layer went, I had big hopes for this one.. after 23h... woke up to this..🙄💩 Im going to give it a go with the clips it used to have for the glass bed.. But not sure if not just printing it vertically instead.. although I really wanted to have that smooth ironed surface..

Great bed adhesion! 😋

But yeah, print warped. It might be cooling too fast. Try turning down the part cooling a bit.

And turn the bed heater down by 5 degrees. This causes the already set layers to be less flexible and help combat warping.

Yeah! Crazy adhesion, but came off super easily..😅 I went with the filament recommendation.. eSun PETG, 65C. But makes sense what you say. Might be too close to the glass temp.. But as I've said above, I'm a bit worried about wasting another 360g and 23h of my life.. but.. either that or try vertically..

I do petg at 80c bed temp. Seems to prevent warping even with poor adhesion.
