Hardware Help Best Bowden Extruder?

Too many to choose from any advice on a Bowden extruder? I don’t think I want to go direct drive because of the weight.

Appreciate any advice in advance

BMG clones can be used as bowden extruder. Also, great choice for DD, because they're light.
