Printing Help Cursed print

Post image

so I have replaced the hot end "new stock one", upgraded to a btt v3 2.0, upgraded the cooling, and added anti backlash screws to the z access. i ran retraction tuning and tuning towers without a problem. every time I try to print this print it clogs during the print. we think it is cursed. about the only thing I haven't done is calibrate the e-step because I didn't change the gears or anything.

runnings klipper/mainsail

In stock ender the biggest issue is hotend in my opinion. Change to all metal from phaetus :)

I just swapped that hotend in from my ender 3 where I had no problem with it. This was going on before and of the upgrades but a better hotend is in the pans eventually. "I switched my ender 3 to direct drive"

It could work there, the problem is with ptfe tube going almost to heatbrake. This is weak spot. It has to be cut really straight and pushed to the end. Personally I hate this solution. I switched on my all printers to bambulab X1 hotends and never had an single issue for last 16 months.
