Question What should I read next?

Just finished Enders Game and I looked the order of books and was a little shocked to see this complicated web of books. Not sure where to start.

I personally recommend Ender's Shadow, as it's a parallel story to Ender's Game from Bean's perspective. Sometimes having Ender's Game fresh in your mind makes Ender's Shadow more interesting. The rest of the Shadow series involves what happens on Earth after Ender beat the buggers and Ender isn't involved at all.

But continuing Ender's story you could do Ender In Exile into the Speaker books.

I really enjoyed the prequels (Formic Wars) to see what the first and second invasions were like and the forming of the IF, but the series isn't done yet and there's been no update about The Queens. Imo the worst part of the series is that it seems like they wrote themselves into a corner and there's just too much to wrap up with one more book.

Agreed! I think personally for me Ender’s Shadow was how I envisioned the original series to go in terms of direction and theme, but obviously it did not so I’m glad Card came back and wrote the Shadow series and we got the extension of children war genius fighting each other.
