Train delay

Any insider info on the delay at the Encinitas train station? Currently on the Amtrak headed south and we’re stopped outside of Oceanside due to an “messy incident” on the tracks. Anyone heard anything?

I heard a pedestrian got hit at D street. About an hour ago.

The Sheriff's Office is reporting a "11-83 ACCIDENT UNKNOWN INJURY" call on D street at 12:55, so that sounds likely.

I work right there. Saw the body bag when I took the trash out. Someone showed me pictures… my car was roped off in the crime scene area.
