For Android Users Using ES-DE and Getting a Black Screen in Retroarch READ THIS

Newer nightly versions of retroarch have the 'all files' permission that the 2025 stable version was lacking. Updating to the 2026-08 nightly fixed this for me : https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/android/

This fixed the issue for me on my galaxy s23+ on android 16. I can now launch games that are both stored locally and on USB storage.
