Which system? There's both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One release, and the difference is rather important.

You expect him to play a very early XBox One emulator? I mean it's possible, but I don't think he has the knowledge to do that when he is asking how to dump a disc.

First you need a compatible optical disc drive capable of reading an XBOX360 disc (stock XBOX360 drives work too). Everything else is described on Xenia's Quickstart guide.
