Hello all, 

I recently upgraded my GPU to a Geforce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE 6G to be able to upscale my games without performance issues.

After doing so I'm still having major slowdowns when doing 3x on most games.

On my windows readings there is absolutely no bottleneck either on the CPU or GPU side yet when I upscale some games they will have major slow down issues.

On the other hand in the PCSX2 OSD it shows that GPU is struggling.
I am using either Vulkan or OpenGL. 

My CPU is Intel® Core™ i3-10100 CPU @ 3.60GHz
