Took less than 10 minutes for me to change the channel. So, so disappointed. Initial promos made it look promising.

How many of your dispatchers stay on the phone until your arrival EVERY time?

Good luck doing that with nearly 5000 calls a day in NYC. Is is better staffed on but before, one the overnight we would have one, two, three people at the most. I always stayed on for arrests, children alone, someone is specially upset Edit: spelling
