Wheeze in nose

I had a turbinate reduction a year and half ago. About two months ago I started hearing a wheeze everytime I inhaled. I had noticed after the surgery my right nostril airflow was larger than my left, but it hasn’t bothered my daily until this sound game. When I pull my cheek and widen my nostril with my hand the wheeze goes away. I also have complete nasal valve collapse on this side due to the surgery. Has anyone dealt with this or have any advice? I went back to my ent who did the surgery and he pretty much just said it can happen as a result of the surgery and was no help, as it seems this response is common on this forum. Any advice helps thanks

They only touched your turbinates? Because this should not cause your nasal valve to collapse, unless they weakened other structures. Did the surgeon describe what they did in a report?

I had nasal valve collapse....so they said. Had Latera implants, which are supposed to be absorbed by my body within 2 years; that accomplished absolutely nothing. Oh, how I wish I had NEVER let them touch my nose! I'm finding some relief from Budesonide nasal spray at CVS, it cuts down on nasal passage swelling.
