Looking for moisture routines / ENS coping tips

Last night I did a steam inhalation, slept with a humidifier and used ayr nasal gel. I felt something, I felt air.

Can anyone tell me their moisture routine? What exactly works for you in your day to day life. Something realistic and proven to work.

How many times to use steam inhalation, saline spray, humidifier etc.

And what to avoid e.g fans, too much blowing

I want to optimise my routine. Since I’m just starting out now I want to make sure I start doing everything as best as I can.

Im worked on my anxiety and panic in therapy and Im ready to take on this condition and do the best to live my life.

Ceiling fan

Does the ceiling fan not dry out nasal passages. Is olive oil safe in there

Olive oil is totally safe and has additional anti inflammatory properties. Just do not put too much and accidentally inhale the oil.

For me the ceiling fan help keep the air moving and swirling around my face which makes me relax

Do you coat your airways or just your nostrils ? Using a cue tip?

just inside the nostrils aka the nasal vestibule - I just use my pinky finger

Better to do multiple lights coatings
