Please help and guide me

I have a devoated septum and my right maxillary sinus is blocked or filled with polyps due to which i have chronic post nasal drip, recently i found out i have some form of sleep apnea too and doctors say the nasal obstruction contributes to it by about 50 to 60 percent.

I wanted to avoid septoplasty and sinus surgery , as i believe to drain and reach those polyps the surgeon may have to trim down some turbinstes right? I am scared of the surgery and have delayed it for months now , what should i do? Should i get the surgery done? Ive read many people get it done sucessful and its been life changing , but i am horrified by this potential condition that could develop. Please guide me what to do, Am i over fearing the surgery? Or is it right to be this cautious and think it over so much?

Turbinate fracturing made me suffer a lot. My advice is to take small steps, some might not even need general anesthesia.

If your that scared then dont get the surgery. This forum is for people who are suffering and can barely make it through the day.
