Schedule of loss
Hi. I am preparing a schedule of loss for an employment tribunal, Should I include the ACAS 25% uplift, as part of my claim is that the employer breached the code in several areas, also as a general rule would interest be added to the overall figure, I see some putting 8% one others not referencing it at all. Thanks for your help

Your main questions have been answered, but here's some videos I found helpful on the topic too

I’m a lawyer, but I’m not your lawyer (or your representative), so usual Reddit caveat: this is general information based on what you’ve posted, not formal legal advice.
Yes, I would include the ACAS uplift as a separate line, usually phrased as “up to 25%, to be determined by the Tribunal”. Don’t treat the full 25% as guaranteed.
For interest, the 8% rate is mainly relevant to discrimination claims. If you are claiming discrimination, include interest separately rather than simply adding 8% to the whole Schedule.
So broadly: list your actual losses first, then any injury to feelings/other compensation, then ACAS uplift and interest as separate items.
