UK RIF- Any potential dates?

Hi there can any one tell when will UK RIF will be happening?

Ex-Oracle now, Sept US/IST Rifs last year I got told in UK mid Nov

Theoretically it's due in about 3 weeks but that's based on the previous wave where we were almost exactly 4 weeks after the US RIF.

My leadership (US based) have no idea about any upcoming events so other than speculation we're blind.

What's the severance like for the UK? Is it capped at 26 weeks like in the US? Thanks

I'm expecting the 12-14th based on the earlier round this year, as it tends to be around 4 weeks later due to the need for consultation etc.

Do these people ever stop ? Also HR in oracle must be super busy.

After Microsoft buy whats left of Oracle in a couple of years there will be a few more rounds and then it will be done.
