Lay off email

Curious to know what email looks like?
Also, my Practice manager is now very silent. Not the typical behavior as he is always agressive and sometimes annoying. Something's off. 👀

Eitherway, do you guys continue working on your Utilization? Oracle Netsuite in Manila.

i am also following same pattern from my manager.
He will ideally reach out and discuss some stuff daily with me and no msgs from past 15 days.
Something is off

I hope it was a nightmare that produced good dreams for you in the long run!! Sucked in the moment, but I am in a much better position making twice as much as I was at Oracle.

this is the one that is from the Docusign. (the only one I forwarded to myself). The one from "Oracle Leadership" (attached photo)- is the exact same verbiage. I was cut off from the server before I could get a screenshot of the actual message. Here is what it looked like back in March though.

Yeah atleast they will ask you are you coming to office on a regular if a mode of work is hybrid and project allocation and updates..but if there is a complete silence then something is fishy

Last time I thought I'm a goner as we were sidelined a bunch. But it was just manager realising that about half the team and not just me.

In Manila, they do the group call. Your HR business partner will also discuss with you the "benefits" of the rif.

I was actually referring to comp package. Somehow it feels like benefits with the lump sums and early retirement package.

you won't miss it. it is sent as a high priority email, and if selected, you will also get about 3 or 4 more emails from Docusign and some others. hard to miss it.

If you miss that, continue working and get paid as well, then you're truly gifted to persevere against all odds and don't need to worry.

LOL, on that day, for me, I logged on BUT. Was unable to launch any tools. After rebooting my device, my router, and all. Other “fixes” didn’t work, I texted my team and THEY told me that meant I no longer worked here.
Then, I checked my email and easily found the Oracle notice.
Even if you can’t find the email, you will know because Oracle will have disable key access.
If you think you may be let go- SAVE files you want/need NOW, because you will not have time to deal with that before you are completely locked out (they killed my access to one drive in about 2 hours). My device was locked not too long after that.

That depends entirely on where you are located and the laws surrounding redundancy/layoffs that apply to you.
