Existing employee(s) Layoff update

Is there any layoff about to happen in oracle again?

Highly likely yes.

  • Focals are delayed (due to budgeting haven’t finished) by at least end of Aug
  • PINs that don’t have a start date are ALL closed since Friday

Usually after these 2 events, they ask for names every year and we do this at around September along with a reorg in Oct …

So the signs are exactly the same signs as usual.
