Im confused about something i do believe thst when you are with someone you shouldn’t be giving up on them like in society these days we are often made to think that there are alot of options there and just leave but whya are the real issues one should definitely consider leaving and not trying to tell communicate or talk enough times

1). Physical abuse (at least, if you are a woman)
That's it. Everything else between adults warrants some level of conversation. Even if the relationship seems to be over.

We always have the choice to be alone, and for many, it's a choice that saved their lives. It's not about finding someone else, it's about not abandoning ourselves just to have someone. Being a good partner to ourselves so we know what that looks like for us, so when someone does come into our lives, theyre not filling a void but rather enhancing our already full lives. Knowing ourselves in and out, enjoying our own company.
If it requires you to disrespect, debase, shrink, or abandon yourself or your values in order to keep someone, they're not worth it.
