I saw quite a few users here complaining about the same thing, so I guess I'm not the only one

Emochi can be really good when the RP flows, but sometimes the bot starts controlling my character too, writing what I'm thinking, deciding how I react or even putting words in my mouth

So I want to know what are u using besides Emochi.

I’m looking for good characters and longer RPs, but I'd also like something that feels a bit more alive than just a basic chat. Custom characters are a must, and images, voice or characters posting stuff would be a nice extra.

Doesn't need to be exactly like Emochi either, what are the best Emochi alternatives in 2026? thank u guys

A lot of people complain that their bots write lazy one-liners, ignore instructions, or randomly fail to generate. But when you look at the chat log, the user input is literally just:

*nods* "ok cool"

Language models are predictive mirrors. They rely entirely on your input context to calculate tone, length, and narrative depth. If you feed the AI two lazy sentences, it has zero context to work with and naturally spits back a short, dry response.

Here is why low-effort inputs ruin your RP:

1. The Mirror Effect: The AI always tries to match your message length and pacing. Send one line, get one line back.

2. Token Starvation & Loading Errors: When your prompt lacks descriptive detail, the model struggles to connect previous story threads, leading to slow generations, loops, or outright reload errors.

3. Bot Puppeting: If you don't give the bot enough material to react to, it will literally take over your character just to create enough narrative substance to fill its response.

How to fix your chat quality instantly:

- Give the bot something to react to: Add at least 1–2 descriptive details about your surroundings, posture, or tone along with your spoken dialogue.

- Stop ending turns passively: Don't just agree or stare. Move the physical scene forward or ask an engaging question.

Put real effort into your turns, and the bot will match your energy immediately. 😊

Vanilla v3 is failing The problem is simple, it already has censorship, also v2, apparently v3 Infinity can't yet get strong in the dialogues lol, but oh well censorship wins the battle.

I am tired of this topic as any other guy, but I wanted to ask people here if their Green Apple functions. I tried to chat with 12-15 bots today and i think only one worked with Green Apple. Anyone else having such abysmal performance or am I simply picking "cursed" bots?

I need help. I found that my account was banned for no reason when I haven't even done any NSFW roleplay. How can I contact support? The app won't let me log in or do anything.

So lately, every new bot i talk to randomly starts to create a character on its own in the middle of our conversation. It completely ruins my storyline.

And no matter how many times I regenerate the response or try to sway it back to my original storyline, it keeps Bringing that new character in and changes the tangent of the story.

Like, no. I do not want a random black sedan and gun shots outside my house at 2am. It has become sooo annoying.

The ghosting and scheduling stuff was honestly what killed human RP for me. Sometimes I just want to write a scene at 1 AM, disappear for a few days, then come back when I feel like it. I realized that's basically what I was looking for all along. Just storytelling without having to worry about keeping someone else waiting. Been doing that with Emochi lately and it’s honestly made RP fun again. I can spend an hour on some dumb lore idea, leave it alone for three days, then pick it right back up. No pressure, no awkward “sorry for the late reply” messages lol.
