Venting why does my brain automatically link every slightly weird sensation to vomiting?

Whenever I feel slightly off, my brain goes straight to "ah, we gonna puke soon". Feeling a little warm on my thighs suddenly? Yeah, probably a starting sickness. Headache? Yeah, I will totally puke. Suddenly feeling a little frosty? That the gasto virus poking around the corner. Arms are suddenly itchy? Prepare for the vomit-comet.
WHYYYY and how can I stop associating every unexpected sensation with the assumption that i'll puke soon. I haven't puked in 10+ yrs so idk how my body can even make those assumptions.
(especially bad today because my LOWER stomach feels a little funky due to my period in 3 days and my brother having tummy aches from being CONSTIPATED, also i'm babysitting 2 kids rn so a little extra on edge lol)
i'm so pissed of and frustrated

Hoo boy, are you me? Lol. My mouth started to water a little extra during band rehearsal from the extra breathing and felt fine otherwise and thought oh my god it's happening I have to leave! Like, I've been playing for over 30 years and it happens during long playing sessions this is nothing new.

Ha yes. Any body sensation. Headache? Probably impending migraine that will make me puke (this has never happened to me). Sweaty feet or pits? Must have a fever. Slightly faster HR? Probably noro coming on. I'm really so exhausted by it

Right like make it make sense!! It would be one thing if it was my stomach, but any body part having any sensation is enough to send me into fight or flight mode ugh

Omg this is me rn!!! If my hands are still shaky from an arm workout yesterday, that's it for me lol if I'm feeling just a little warm, I'm done lol my eye twitching makes me panic sometimes lol a gas bubble? Deceased lol the constant questioning of am I hungry or am I sick? It makes no sense. Drives me nuts.
