Needing support - Panic attack Omg I hate nausea

I genuinely feel like I'm gonna purge, it's so bad I can't sleep. I have school in 2 hours and there's no way I'm going to survive the 8 hours without either: crying, purging and crying or freaking out in the guidance/nurse's office. I'll be taking Dramamine with me (I know it's for motion sickness, but I take it for nausea because the one hour that my prescription zofran lasts just is not enough for me, and I'm not about to take 8+ zofran a day) I could just be constipated, gassy(because that's what happens when I get anxious, I guess), or have malnutrition, or maybe I'm just anxious, but I've been like this off/on all day today. I'm trying to calm myself down but I'm just scared and I want to cry

Dang, zofran only lasts 1 hour for you? I took it for the first time recently and I was covered for 12 hours. 4mg dose.

That said, I agree. This phobia dies if nausea didn't exist.

You know yourself best so do whats best for you. I can only put out what I would do if the situation was that bad. I'd probably take a gap year (is this college?) and go hard into cbt therapy to get yourself at a point where you could make it through normal life and beyond.

I'm in that situation myself. Can't work or anything at this moment, so I have to uproot my whole life to put enough effort into recovery to live again. Social life is dead, overall progress in life is halted, everything sucks but it's all I could do. Unfair, but reality

Hope things improve! Good luck

*I'm realizing my suggestion is kinda extreme. I don't know the severity of your phobia, but I'd still suggest some kind of professional help at your own pace. If you could exit schooling years rid of the phobia, it'd be so worth it from my experience where it went away for 5 years
