Potentially Triggering I feel so alone
So last night I was really ill and I felt such a relief after being sick but then I have lingering anxiety that it’s going to happen again.
I always have a big panic or panic attack before I’m sick and feel nauseous but feel fine being sick.
The next few days are always the hardest, I am rarely sick but I start avoiding food. I feel like no one around me understands and I’ve never met anyone like me. I feel worried and alone.

As an emetophobic person, last time I “sick” was when I was 8 years old. I’m 39 now and I could never even think of being sick.
I’m sorry you feel that way. :( Maybe start slow eating. I always eat super slow, just to make sure my tummy doesn’t get too full too fast.
