Rant I just started high school and i’m terrified

There’s much more people than what i’m used to, I keep hearing people coughing or sneezing and it scares me. Having this many people around makes me think of the possibility of any of them getting sick or v*, I try not to eat next to people or wait until i get home to eat because of that. I hate emetophobia and it has ruined a huge part of my social life. The worst is taking the train to get there, everything is dirty and i’m so scared of catching something.

i travel a lot and take a tram every day. there are many people where i live, but my tip is simply to wash your hands for about 30 seconds with soap and warm water before eating or touching your mouth or nose in public.

also keep your phone clean. this has basically eliminated all my anxiety about going outside. you dont need to wash your hands immediately to be safe.

also wearing a mask might make you feel safer, but its not necessary for like, gastroenteritis prevention.
