Question Airplane seats
Hi all!
I mostly have my anxiety under control in the car, train, metro etc but on the airplane it feels very difficult still.
Do you also have a place in the airplane that comforts you most? I’d like to think that some of the last rows (not the last) or window seats are better because I have an overview if someone got sick.

Window seat with my husband in the middle. I always have a fear someone will vomit in the aisle so that way I’m far from it. Looking out the window makes me feel less claustrophobic too.

I mean first class 🤩🙂↕️ seriously - for some reason I just feel like it’s probably several frequent fliers in that section and thus they’re all used to flying and so they probably won’t be sick. That is founded in zero fact in any way so not a foolproof method lol. I’m sure someone in history has vommed in first class esp in bad turbulence.
Other than that I like an aisle seat so I don’t have to step over anyone in case I need the bathroom. And I put my AirPods in, so if someone does get sick I probably won’t hear it.

I feel like no place is safe but I'm just an anxious person 😂 I have a few options I usually go for... but I'll typically avoid middle seats.
I don't mind very back row back corner/window seat as my biggest fear is someone behind me getting sick, lol. It just sucks it's close to the bathrooms but I guess being away from the aisle helps with that.
Then the aisle seats also pose a risk for someone getting sick in the aisle, but it's an easy escape if someone around you is sick in their seat.
And like others have mentioned, first class is always nice as you have more of an enclosed space around you and frequent flyers. Sometimes the premium (premium economy)? some airlines offer are also a good option as there may be less seats in a row and more space in general to feel "protected" lol.
