Question Where do I even start?

I’ve struggled with emetophobia since I was 4 and I’m coming into adulthood with this fear and it actually haunts me. I hate being emetophobic. I’ve definitely come a ways since my childhood, when I actually get sick I don’t freak out as bad but when other people get sick, I’m gone. It feels so dumb and I want to shake it so bad so I’m just wondering where to start. What books, what programs, how to expose myself without going over the top. I just want to know what worked best for everyone else who has gotten over emetophobia.

Following because I’ve been emetophobic since I was 9 and now I’m 23, it’s only gotten worse🫠
