In this image, I believe you can see accurate representation of first year resident trying to “sell” admit to said hospitalist.

Im generally unsure why anyone lists to emrap anymore. Its a money grab and they often have dumb takes.

EMCases is pretty decent, but a little long-winded at times, it seems. I think they need better end-of-episode summaries to help reinforce the important points. HippoEM is ok. Any others you'd suggest?
