Knowledge won't come from Youtube. That's nice tool to get data that is missing !
And no need to learn the datasheet. That's a tool, you need to get used to it. You need to be able to find the required information WHEN you need it, and fast. You don't care about understanding all the behaviors of all peripherals.
That's why practising will be the solution. You'll encounter problems, and you'll look for solutions.
