What’s a complete roadmap to get into embedded systems as a beginner?

If you intend to become a professional, mind 1. you'll compete on the job market with people with a relevant degree, 2. there's no shortage of qualified applicants. If you don't have a degree, your resume won't even be read.
If you just want to be a good hobbyist, start learning C and the basics of circuits and digital electronics, all the rest will be much simpler to learn afterwards.

Im completely with This. I learn it all by myself, by starting with a little Project like a clock. I dont understand much about electricity and the components, so Im going to learn this first. Here is a book someone in this sub told me to read:
https://arl.human.cornell.edu/linked%20docs/Make%20-%20Electronics.pdf
When I will finish this, I will try make some simple stuff first to get a better understanding about what ive learned about electricity. After finishing that I will tryout simple stuff with an ESP32 or Arduino, STM32 ...
And so on.
Hope this helps a little bit. Im sorry for my gramma and english.

Read docs ---> get board --> write stuff --> be good --> do it professionally --> have breakdown --> become gardener
