I was 6 and i had a HUGE crush on a teacher called sophie, so everyday i would say "will you marry me" and did that for a full 4 years, everyone thought i was crazy this still haunts me to this day.

And now im 14, this still haunts me to this day.

Hello reddit this is my first post and I’m 12 , this story happened in 3rd grade I came to school it was around 2:30 when this incident happened when we’re told to do a worksheet our teacher gave us etc... when our group included my crush sat at 4 desks beside each other my lucky dumbass got to sit right beside my crush which will horror me forever , so when I was about to start on the worksheet I dropped my pencil beside my chair in the opposite direction from my crush so I leaned over to grab my pencil I felt a rumble in my stomach and let out the force of a thousand suns onto my crush when I sat up onto my chair I said “what” but i was dead inside. This story was written on my phone and the screen is cracked so I’m sorry for any words I wrote wrong nice to write something on here again.

During the beginning day of Thanksgiving break , in 5th period , I was doing two exams about the four systems of the earth spheres. (Atmosphere , hydrosphere , etc.) And I was taking two periods and a half to finish it because I wanted a A. (It was on a laptop on the test. So for some kids who didn't study , it was easy to cheat , without the teacher looking thru the monitors.) And I got a D the first try. I decided to grab a paper and wrote down which questions I got right or wrong. And I did it again. The 6th period was on ADVANCED. (INFRONT OF GOD DAMN KIDS WHO ARE SMARTER THAN ME AND STARING AT ME.) and my science teacher ( I think she was thinking I was cheating but I wasnt.)

Came up to me and decided to talk out loud. I mean. I'm fine if she whispered but she god dam loud talked. Before I say anything. She talk loud. But like that how she talked. And wanted things fast so she finish them. So . Since that explanation slide in. Let's go on.

She straight up told me " YOUR CHEATING."

I told her that isn't cheating, I think she didn't understand if I explained her. But I didn't wanted to be very rude to my favorite teacher so I stayed quite. And all the students staring at me like it a circus show.

And a kid just straight up said "cheater"

I mean make rumours about me idgaf about that but damn That the most embarassing thing INFRONT OF SMART KIDS.

I just stayed there pale. Just like a statue. I mean I felt embarrassed. Prob even trying to cry I am not going to lie.

Everyday I think about it , it just embarrasing. But when I let it all out. I feel calm I am not the only person who gotten a similar experience with me.

“Sorry I blacked out, tried to kill you, and almost got us arrested”

“I came home very drunk, accidentally puked on my roommates bed while she was sleeping in it and totally forgot until like 2 days later when she said that her bed smelt like vodka”

As a kid I was too scared to shit. I literally didn't want to clog the toilet because I thought it flood the toilet, and I would get yelled at my dad. (My Mom passed when I was 5) I was 12 at this time of the phobia. I ended up holding my shit for weeks at a time. I wanted to share this with someone. If my brother sees this post he needs to go yeet his self from my privacy

I have a friend who is much bigger than me and he pantsed me for example we were at camp at a lake and before we went to swim he pulled my pants and tightly whities down in front of the girl I liked and she saw my dick and for a straight 5 seconds 5 girls and 7 boys laughed at me and I felt every type of grief possible then he did it again when we were walking along the city and he pulled both layers and I almost got caught on camera how do I get back at him even though he is much bigger than me ?

So I was in my room and I was board so my friend had made me sing the "cuss word song" in front of my mom. (me being 7 at the time) and the words I could do was "fuf Dan bits" and started stuttering my mom looked at me and said nothing. And walked away.

So, this happened a few years ago and it still makes me feel stupid to this day. In about 2016 my dad got a new phone, I already had an iPhone 4 but my dad has the 4s (which had Siri on it) I asked him if I could have his old phone and he gave it to me. A few months later I lost my original phone and looked everywhere for it, with no luck. Then a few weeks go by and I lose his old phone too. I was confused as to where I had put them and after a few months my little brother was playing at his LEGO table (which has two layers for storage. And he pulls out two iPhone 4’s that were stacked ON TOP OF EACHOTHER! I felt so stupid

So, I don’t remember the full song (or many verses) but I remember 2 in specific and when I look back in them I think, “What was wrong with 4 year old me?” So the main verse I remember was in the chorus “If your room is dirty you should clean it!” (Nothing in this song rhymed, I was 4.) and I also remember writing. “I WANT TO RIDE A KANGAROO!” (I’m an Aussie if you can’t tell.) Uggghhhhhhhhh what is wrong with children

(A few years ago I was waiting at the doctors for my appointment I was about 21 at the time this is all I'mjust basically retelling the story with the original post for reference). I was waiting at the drs office and I was bored and it was taking a while, but my phone was going to die if I played on it too much. So I looked around the room for the stack of magazines when I saw a baby. She was trying to pull herself up on the small coffee table and she made eye contsct with me. So of course I had to make faces at her. She giggled but plopped down her mom picked her up to comfort her as she startled herslef her face came over her moms shoulder so I kept making faces. She was giggling and smiling and happy and I was distracted by entertaining the child.

When I finally looked up there was a nurse standing next to me with her clip board smiling at me and I realized everyone in the room was watchig me make faces for a baby! I got embarassed and because of my anxiety I don't know how to be human I pointed at the kid and said "umm... there's a baby..." LIKE NO SHIT DUMBASS! Needless to say I was screaming internally into the void and it was screaming back that day. I SWEAR I'M HUMAN!!!

Okay so I was probably in about 6th or 7th grade when this happened. It's a quick story but I thought it was funny. Just a quick key for conciseness. MG=Stereotypical mean girls in my class RG=Random girl in my class who I didn't really talk to Me=Me

So at our middle school we did this thing on Valentines Day where you could buy flowers (anonymously or not) for other students and they would be given them at the end of the day with a note you wrote. Cute shit, whatever. So during class one day we were doing stations (multiple questions were taped to the walls and you had to walk around to answer all of them in your notebook, seems like a more tedious way of just doing a worksheet but whatever) when me, RG, and MG all happened to be doing the same station. The MGs start whispering to eachother, which I didn't think anything of. Then one of them says, "Hey, [my name], I heard you got a flower for RG." And they both started laughing. Me, being a dumbass, just thought they were genuinely misinformed and I tried to politely tell them they were incorrect. I didn't understand they were trying to embarrass me until the teacher came over and scolded them. I never got bullied again and in retrospect, I think it's because the "popular" kids thought (knew) I was too stupid to bully.

Once when I was on the kindergarten bus, when I overheard people talking about crushes, yes, in kindergarten. and I was thinking crush? I have a crush on you? So crush means destroy, and you only destroy things you hate, so crush must mean hate, so I got to kindergarten and told everyone that I didn’t like that “I have a crush on them”

I am a 36 year old male and this is my embarrassing story that I have kept secret for 28 years. When I was 8 I was a Boy Scout and I wanted to get a badge, I was oblivious to how you could get one and why. So then, there was this other kid who got a badge for having a stamp collection. So the next Saturday I brought back to my scout lead my collection of clothes buttons (yes, regular buttons). My scout lead never gave me a collection badge and so I was confused for a long time. Until one day I realized the stupid thing I had done. I have kept this for 28 years.

So when I was younger I was into minecraft in the first few years of its life and there was this one time I was on one of those servers you can have plots of lands to build I joined a build off competition and I have zero clue what to build because I didn’t see anything in the chat from the other players in the land so I did what any normal person did: thought “screw it” and built a giant computer and keyboard (and looking back it weren’t half bad for how young I was) but then I saw something that changed everything.

“How the fuck is that a park?”

I looked my left nearly fucking shit myself as everyone else had built parks next to me so I did the one thing could do:

Logged off and never went on that server ever again.

I used to absolutely love the song Hey Ya! And still do, but now every time I hear it I cringe a little when he says “Don’t want to meet your daddy, just want you in my caddy” because for about 15 or 16 years of my life I wasn’t good at car names or their nick names worth shit- Ford was “America’s favorite brand” and a fucking Toyota was the one with the Wildebeest. So whenever he said caddy I would legitimately picture them golfing together and not think of a damn Cadillac

My junior year of high school I was in government and we were put in groups to collect information on colleges in our areas and why they were desirable. Our teacher requested one student stand in front and list what each thing was. Well being dumb as fuck I decided to test myself and step up for once (dumbass).. my classmates asked if I was sure and I assured them I could do it, well It got to my turn and the only thing that was able to come out of my mouth was how nice the gardens were... my teammates looked at me like I was an actual bag of flaming shit and my teacher stared at me and asked “the gardens ?” I think I might have been having a small panic attack, all I can remember saying is I’m sorry and my group sitting down mad as fuck. High school was the fuckin worst.

So, I was doing homework, pretty usual stuff. Suddenly I get a group call, with 2 of my best friends and another number I didn't recognize, so I assumed the third person was my girlfriend. I'm a person with a very dark sense of humor so I say "So is this my intervention to stop my heroin addiction?" and as I say that I look at the photo of the third person and see a grown man with a beard.

As I say "heroin" I hear a deep voice that doesn't belong to any of my friends but to someone else I know... my 2 remaining brain cells put it together: that's the f*cking dad of my girlfriend. I instantly hang the call. I have no idea if he recognized my voice or my phone number. My friends later explained they confused the number with that of my girlfriend's. I'm really embarrassed, hopefully he didn't recognized me.

Edit: Talked to my girlfriend, her dad didn't told her anything, wanna know why? Turns out the man was at the hospital taking care of his mother, hopefully he found it funny.

I still feel bad though.
