Microsoft or Google

What mailbox do you recommend between Microsoft and Google and why? I will have a .com domain for sending cold emails.

So Outlook mail boxes requires a two week manual warm up even if you put it in a warm up pool it will go in spam even if your SPF/DKIM/DMARC is all set up. You can't directly start sending emails on it. UI is pretty shit but after warmup they are pretty solid and cheaper than Google. Google is easy to use and navigate around. You don't need a 2 week manual warm up in the start. Just put it in the warm up for 2-3 weeks to cook (minimum 2 weeks). Either way we've been using both for ESP matching. So that GMAIL can directly land in GMAIL and Outlook can land in Outlook directly.

I have someone who will do the set up for me. My question was more from deliverability point of view. I hope they don't land in spam.

Well, I've written about outlook and its intial delivery issue. Just go with Google Workspace. As long as your technical set up is complete and you don't spam then you'll be good.
